privacy
the short version: we do not track you, we run no analytics, and we set no advertising or statistics cookies. the only personal data we hold is what you type into the contact form, and we use it to answer you.
who is responsible
isort, UAB, registration code 303311995, Miškinių 21, 04132 Vilnius, Lithuania, is the data controller. for anything in this document, write to hello@isort.eu.
what we collect, and why
when you send the contact form we receive your name, your email address, your message, and your company name and a product name if you fill those in. we use them for one thing: to answer your enquiry and, where it leads somewhere, to quote and supply. the legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to someone who has asked us a question, and the steps leading to a contract where you are asking us to supply something.
the form is protected by cloudflare turnstile, which checks that a person rather than a script is submitting it. that check sends your IP address to cloudflare. we do not store it, and we never see it as part of your message.
our host keeps ordinary server logs of requests to the site, which include IP addresses, in order to serve pages and defend against abuse.
who else sees it
we do not sell or share your data, and nobody receives it for their own purposes. three suppliers process it on our behalf:
- resend delivers the form as an email to our inbox. mail for this domain is processed in the european union (eu-west-1).
- cloudflare hosts the site and runs the spam check on the form.
- sanity stores the product, project and catalogue content and serves its images. it holds no visitor data.
how long we keep it
your enquiry stays in our mailbox for as long as it is useful for the conversation it belongs to, and for our ordinary business records afterwards. we hold no separate database of enquiries, no mailing list and no customer profiles. ask us to delete your message and we will.
cookies and local storage
we set no cookies of our own, and no analytics, advertising or statistics cookies of any kind. that is why this site shows you no cookie banner: consent is needed for cookies that are not strictly necessary, and we do not use any.
two things are stored in your browser, both strictly necessary. our own is a single session entry that remembers which colour to wipe the screen with as you move between pages; it is deleted when you close the tab. cloudflare's bot protection and the form's spam check keep their own short-lived entries, without which the form cannot tell you from a script.
your rights
you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, or object to our using it. write to hello@isort.eu and we will deal with it.
if you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the lithuanian state data protection inspectorate (valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt), or to the supervisory authority in your own country.
