Levit

A long backless bench with an impressive slab that seems to levitate in the public space, especially in places where the pavement is the most prominent feature.

The linear modular aggregation creates a backless bench of indefinite length. The supports can be made of galvanized steel, fixed on the pavement, or polished stainless steel, embedded to seamlessly blend into the ground, giving the heavy slab an appearance of weightlessness.

The seating module can be 2 or 4 meters long, made of reinforced concrete with an etched and waterproofed finish, standard Escofet color chart. The polished stainless steel sheet supports, anchored under the thick pavement with expansion bolts, need to be flush about 8 cm below ground level. The contribution of the pavement as a locking element is necessary to prevent the supports from buckling. Due to its material idiosyncrasy, the reflection of the pavement mimics its appearance, making it disappear under the slab, as if levitating.

It is supplied with the supports already fixed to the slab with four accessible screws.
